We are happy to accept returns for any of our creations, with the exception of lingerie. If you are unhappy with it for any reason at all, you may return it with no questions asked within the first 14 days from receipt. Lingerie and underwear cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene. You will be refunded your entire purchase price plus taxes. It will be credited to the card or account with which you originally paid. Please ensure that all tags, labels and bar codes remain attached, as we cannot accept returns from which they have been removed. Please ensure that the item is returned in undamaged, unworn and saleable condition. Please return the item in the packaging in which it was supplied to you. Unfortunately, the House of Cenmar cannot refund postage, shipping or handling costs. The refund process may take as much as 28 days from beginning to end.
