 Our Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

House of Cenmar operates under a no returns policy. Returns are not allowed unless they are faulty. For further inquiries please feel free to contact us on 

info@houseofcenmar.com

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS 

Should you receive either the wrong item or one which is imperfect in any way, please tell us upon making your return. We will inspect it closely, and if it was sent due to our error or is in fact, faulty. We will refund your items including delivery charges in full.


REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT

We seek to process returns as quickly as possible, but the process can take up to 28 days in some cases. 

We will send you an email promptly upon receipt of your return, which will list the amount of the refund due you, and the payment method used.

After you receive this email, the money should be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days. If it has not, please feel free to contact us about it. 

Refunds to expired or cancelled cards cannot be processed, so you will receive a store credit note instead.


DELIVERY CHARGES ON RETURNED ORDERS

Postage, handling or other delivery charges can only be refunded in cases where the order was faulty, damaged, not as described or sent in error.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Any statutory rights given you by the UK cannot be abridged or limited in any way by House of Cenmar’s returns policy.
